• NexaCorps Rights: By uploading art, you grant NexaCorps a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your artwork on our platform for the purpose of facilitating sales.

2. Copyright Infringement

• Prohibited Actions: Uploading, selling, or distributing artwork that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others is strictly prohibited. This includes art that copies specific characters, designs, or elements from copyrighted works without permission.

• Suspending or terminating the user’s account.
• Notifying Stripe of potential violations, which may impact payment processing.
