• Non-Described Item: If the digital art file does not match the description provided in the listing (e.g., wrong file format or content), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Technical Issues: If the file is corrupted or unusable due to technical issues not caused by the buyer, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds are not available if:
  • You change your mind after downloading the file.
  • The file matches the listing description but does not meet your expectations.
  • You fail to provide sufficient evidence of non-delivery or non-described items.

     • Evidence (e.g., screenshots of download failure).
• Processing Time: We will review your request and issue a refund within 5 business days if approved. Refunds will be processed via Stripe to your original payment method.

4. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers are required to provide accurate listings and ensure timely delivery of digital files. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and refund issuance to the buyer.
